If you're looking for a little something to top off your sugar cookies or to enhance your cakes, try this vegan frosting.
1 cup Lakanto Powdered Monkfruit Sweetener
⅓ cup Cocoa Powder
3 tbsp Coconut Oil
¼ cup Almond Milk
- Mix sweetener, cocoa powder, and coconut oil in medium mixing bowl until combined (about 20 seconds).
- Add milk slowly to bowl while mixing. Continue mixing until well combined to your desired consistency. If it’s too thick add more milk, if it’s too thin add more sweetener.
