REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

At Saraya USA, Inc. DBA Lakanto, we stand behind our products and quality controls. We hope you love our products as much as we do, but in case you don’t we offer a 45-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for all our products. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we are only able to accept returns with 45 days of purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied within 45 days, you may initiate a return for a refund of the purchase price. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Lakanto 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.

Lakanto reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, require the purchaser to submit photos of their product, require the purchaser to return the product at issue, and to deny Guarantee requests including its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if customer has abused the Lakanto 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
